Wingstop - Réserver une table

Ordered delivery today (paid the $5 delivery fee and a tip). Order arrives with incorrect quantity and flavor. I called restaurant to see if I can have my correct order delivered. I was told that I 'd have to bring my food back to them in order to get replacement. I explained that I can 't which is why I paid for delivery (working remote and can 't leave for lunch today). The employee on the phone says that the manager will not do any to rectify the situation and that he wasn 't having it today . I guess the it that he 's referring to is good customer service.

Unbelievably poor service. African American lady Wendy who took my order was extremely RUDE, very rude. Can't believe how do they even deserve a job. It is sad that even the manager looked scared of this women. Really give 0 stars and wish these people go out of business or better change the management and remove these rude monsters. While I am saying this there could be some working hard in the kitchen.

Worst wing stop ever I've ordered 5 times from there and every time it takes longer than 30 minutes and they always get my order wrong. I don't know why they are such bad workers.

Placed an order for takeaway, waited the whole 25 minutes in my car only to get order home and it was incorrect, and fry's were cold. W Very disappointed. Wont go back.

Terrible customer service. Doesn't seem to get any order right. go to the one on sawdust instead. Also ordered a 6c and they counted this has my 6c wing
