i’m being so honest don’t ever go to this location. I just went to go pick up my DoorDash order and I was waiting in there for almost 30 minutes. This puts my DoorDash rating down when it’s completely completely out of my hands. When I went in, I asked if my order was ready, and they said that they were working on it. But then I realized that it was sitting on the front counter, the whole entire time. I went to go grab it, and the person in the kitchen yelled at me so nasty. I will never be coming to this location with anybody. whoever the black person with the beard and the hat is you need to fix your attitude you should not be speaking to customers this way .
I don’t eat at wingstop because their food is mediocre overrated. But I deliver for a delivery service and every time I come to to this restaurant they take 15+ minutes to give me the order when it was sitting on the counter the whole time. I ask ask is it ready they say no until they ultimately realize they made a mistake while the whole staff is behind the counter having personal conversations all loud
This location has the worst customer service EVER! IT doesn’t matter who’s working it doesn’t matter the day! And the employees will complain about taking care of you IN FRONT OF YOU! Please close this location PLEASE!!!!!!! I wish I could give -10 stars!!!! Dusty establishment with rude and ignorant employees.
This location is terrible and slow. A bunch of unprofessional kids working . 0 customer service!!! The unprofessional little girl in the front with the dirty looking faux locs has no customer service at all! I see why this location has low ratings. Customer service at its worst! I got major nice nasty attitude because I didn’t know her wording as I have never been. The attitude was too much and in front of my colleagues. I just smiled and said okay . But I won’t next time actually I won’t go back. It was the manager on top of it all.
Jamal was very helpful with explaining the detail s and differences of the Rubs and the sauces and he even remembers my name and order upon arrival when I come in. I highly recommend that he is in management if he isn't already due to his professional customer service skills .
