I want to preface this by saying that I was excited to try Wingstop and would never have expected this horrible experience. I walked into the store and waited around 10 minutes to be called to the register. Keep in mind there was nobody in front of me and about 2 people in the store sitting. One guy who had previously ordered was also experiencing some difficulties with his order because he waited for about an hour to receive the wrong order multiple times. I stood in the store witnessing the entire event while he was getting rightfully enraged. It seems as though you are being ignored when you walk in and you are a bother to the workers. I placed an order with Uber eats on Thursday Nov 9,2023 from Wingstop at 2250Central Park avenue in Yonkers,it stated the order would reach me originally at 8:50,then 9:00 which led to 9:22pm,when I received the order,fries were cold(yuck) and they did not send my drink. What’s the sense of placing an order when everything is there but everything is not sent. Then I decide to call them since they messed up,the girl who answered said please hold,as I hold for almost ten minutes,I can hear their whole conversation,I hung up and called again,they decided to not answer which means they have caller I.D,reason why I say that is because I had my best friend call and they picked the dam phone right...
While waiting on the line several minutes , I was then going to Oder my wings and they received a phone call and the cashier girl started to take there Oder and left me there just waiting again , the right thing was to tell them toHold finish taking my order and then take there’s , honestly he enviroment look cool but the wait type is ridiculous and the cashier is rude also there systems where down which made it worst , thank you for my 5 single wings I never got !!!
Rude! Rude! Rude! Worker literally just looking at us like we were bothering him!! Did I say rude!! RUDE! What happened to Hello! How can I help you!! Not here! Not only did we wait forever for our order, we witnessed a ton of orders made incorrectly. Everyone complaining long wait times and incorrect orders. Not sure if there is a manager here but definitely need one ASAP!! Horrible

Waited 20+ minutes for wings. Servers friend stopped by and chatted up (also served before us) as customers piled up. Thankfully a nice lady spoke up for us, then got our food. Opened up the fries and noticed hair. Wore no hair nets while preparing food. Should’ve looked at reviews before coming, wouldn’t
The establishment is ghetto, i walked in to place a order waited about 7 mins exactly before i walked out , while i was waiting all i got was stares and the the trap music blasting in the kitchen area, while a line was forming , gotta do
The food is decent; I can’t say it’s not good considering the wide range of sauces and seasonings available. I also have to mention the fries, which are enjoyable. However, they definitely need to improve on the wait times.
Customer service is minimal at best. Food takes longer to be ready than posted wait times. Actual wait times are too long for food this SALTY and OVERLY PROCESSED.
