It 's really hard to give this location anything above 2 stars. Actually, it was a hard decision to give them that many. It began with my attempt to CALL my order in. I dialed the number while at my job and the phone rang until I got to the location. An 11 minute and 35 second drive and no one answered the phone. I walk in the find 5 employees. 2 employees on their personal cell phones while helping guests. 1 at the register doing something; who knows what. And 2 cooking. I ordered and only had a $100 bill. They said they had no change for it. I go get gas to break it. Return to the store. Place the same order. Told it 'll be a 30 minute wait. 30 minutes turned into 55 minutes. They forgot t...
I visited this restaurant located at 10841 W Florissant Ave, St. Louis, MO 63136, on the evening of Wednesday, September 20, 2023, around 6:30 PM CST. I ordered two servings of wings and fries. Unfortunately, the wings were burnt, and the fries were mostly crumbs and also burnt. I was quite disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location. There’s nothing worse than food that tastes burnt. I had placed my order online as well.
Extremely disappointing! I cannot recommend this Wingstop to anyone. The service was awful. I placed an online order, which said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. However, when I arrived 30 minutes later, my food still wasn't ready. I ended up waiting in the restaurant for another 30-45 minutes before my order was completed. I dislike giving them even a single star; they really don't deserve any rating at all.
The service at this restaurant is extremely poor. My wings were so tough that they were inedible. I tried calling the restaurant to speak with a manager, but it seemed like the phone was off the hook because I got busy signals every time I tried to call back. This establishment desperately needs to improve its customer service and consider a management change.

Ordered from this location using DoorDash and I was highly disappointed. My fries came cold, soggy, and completely smashed. My 3 different flavors of chicken was in one box piled on top of one another completely soggy and leaking. The 2 soda's I ordered weren't delivered. My order cost about $60 total. I expect better quality and care
We had an amazing lunch thanks to Rolanda and her staff! They were more than accommodating and friendly. Rolanda made sure we felt welcome and wanted while going above and beyond. We will definitely be back and hope that we will see her many times in the future. If all restaurants were run by her, the world would be a better place.
I really enjoyed my meal at the restaurant. I had 30 wings and 3 thighs, and the food was fantastic. However, I noticed that the thighs were smaller than average, which is why I gave it four stars instead of five. The service was excellent, and I truly appreciated it. I will definitely be returning!
This location is trash, they barely answer the phone, they are always out of something (chicken mainly) when you pay for delivery they always mess the order up try to get smart. They need to close this location

Never answers the phone a few times the doors were locked mid evening. I try to avoid this location at all costs I suggest you do the same. New management needed EXPEDITIOUSLY.
