Horrible place with horrible customer service!!! Placed an order at 6:27 got a text from door dash that order will be be ready at 6:50. Get there tell the guy up front have an order for pickup. They said okay we are just waiting for the fries. So I'm like okay, call my husband to get an update on the order he placed though door dash to see if there is a text or anything. Another guy comes up and was like what's the name for the order, tell him the name. He said I don't see an order that name.. like seriously it says it's ready, guy is looking through the pos system. Asked me where I placed the order on and tell him through door dash. Then he had told me ooo we don't get those orders directly...

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FOOD AT THIS WING STOP!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I am still in disbelief of my experience this evening. I placed a mobile order to this location. Upon arrival I was completely ignored while the employee at the register was ranting over another issue with other employees. Then when I was finally acknowledged the employee stated they never received my order. I showed her my order in the app and she refused to give me my food or refund my money. She then said I needed to place another order in front of her and my wait time was going to be 45 minutes! I am still in disbelief and even more in shock this location gets any business. The employees here are something else. They never actually toss the sauce, they just pour a whole pound of it on top of the wings so only the top has the sauce and the bottom is just the wing. We live 5 mins away so we have no choice but to order from here unless we want to drive to another location. But man oh man people who work here are always high and they mess up sooooooo many orders whether it 's ours or someone else 's. Every single time we go in, there 's always a problem with orders. The store smells like weed and everyone just looks zooted. Honestly hate dealing with these. I wish they had better employees here. Like how bad can you be to mess up the easiest thing. 2.16.24 arrival 1100 am opening time on the dot. Was told it will be 15-20 mins. Ordered 8 lemon pepper wings for $11.00 and some odd cents. Manager kept telling staff we 're open . Asked the cashier if they did military discount. He said I 'm not sure how to do that . It seems like everyone is undertrained and uninterested, came w/o looking at the yelp reviews. Goodbye 30 min lunch break. It 's now 11:22 and I 'm still waiting and the manager is telling the cook to drop the wings for the walk in too. A doordasher came at about 11:15. Ok I got my food at 11:23. Not bad. Typical for wingstop.
i love the bone-in wings in all flavors but boneless wings are so salty it's gross I can't eat them. So are the fries. I'm always sad and waste money unless im specifically ordering bone-in flats. Also the wait time is so long it's guaranteed to be cold unless you sit there waiting. Please fix how salty the boneless wings are this is my review after ordering with you guys after 10 years.
I literally had one small order. I watched the kid bagging up the food, blow his nose and not wash his hands. Then he kept yawning and dropping paper plates and putting them back on the shelf. I am not going to be able to eat the food that took 30 minutesto be handed to me. The place was filthy and they had absolutely no cleanliness or urgency about them. I will never be back.
If you could avoid this location I would. The service is awful: nobody greets you, nobody says thank you or have a good day. Cashier was as on their phone with a line of customers. An employee came from break and didn't wash their hands before touching the food. Wait time is very long. There's this overall attitude of nobody cares. AVOID! Réservez une table maintenant
The service was okay. Just the flavor of the food 2/10 and burned But the order was wrong. I ordered a chicken sandwich and they put two chicken tenders together in a hard ass bun. I ordered bone in wings and instead i received boneless wings with a different flavor. If i wanted chicken nuggets I would've gone to McDonald's.
