During my first visit to this restaurant, I was really impressed. The fish was fresh and hot, and the chicken wings were equally delicious. However, my second experience was quite disappointing. I received old fish and dried-out, refried chicken wings. It was a letdown. I think it’s important to specifically request fresh items to avoid getting anything reheated. Because of this inconsistency, I’m giving them three stars. Such issues shouldn’t happen, especially since they have many customers who expect and rely on their food being served fresh. It feels like a bad business practice to cut corners by serving refried food instead of maintaining quality for new customers.
I often receive the smallest wings! How is it possible to order a 10-piece and only get the amount of chicken that's equivalent to 6 pieces? After checking my food, I even had to knock on the door when they were closed to ask them to remake my order, which is completely unacceptable! Today, I ordered a 4-piece and barely got 3 pieces worth of chicken! I plan to visit tomorrow in hopes of resolving this, but honestly, I'm feeling done with this place.
I had an absolutely awful experience with the service. I called in an order and went to pick it up, only to find out they claimed to be closed at 9 PM, even though their website says they close at 10 PM and the door was still open! I'm not certain if we were served cat, rat, or some questionable meat marketed as chicken, but my husband and I were both extremely ill afterward. We spent the entire night vomiting and having severe stomach issues. It was a painful experience. I strongly advise against dining here!
