It's just Okay. Basic rooms that are a bit dated and could use some TLC. Very few (if any) amenities provided but sufficient for a one night stay close to the airport if you bring your own toiletries. Keurig and fridge in room were not used by us. Walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors conversation as well as the kitchen of the restaurant. Luckily we travel with a sound machine so we could tune it out. Check in is at the host stand in the restaurant. Short walk (1/2 block) to oceanfront parking. Restaurant service was polite and efficient, food was okay. Absolutely amazing hotel, clean and affordable. Beautiful location and great environment very close to the beach. Very professional, well organized, helpful staff make staying here a very pleasant experience. Nice clean rooms are perfect size with all amenities you can need with amazing views of the ocean. Also, the restaurant here is an exceptional experience I would highly recommend as the food is delicious, very affordable, and an enjoyable experience. Very nice community atmosphere. Great little hotel in a lovely quiet spot. We missed a connecting flight and booked the Winthrop based on the other reviews and we're really happy to have found it. First night of honeymoon saved! The staff.were so welcoming and friendly, the food was incredible and the room was spotless. The location of this quaint hotel is picture perfect! It doesn’t get better than looking out your window to see the ocean except being able to walk out to it and actually enjoy the waves!! With its old school appeal, you really feel like your going back in time.you can even smell the vintage energy in the air. This hidden gem is a great find in Winthrop, MA! The cozy rooms overlooking the water have a classic inn feel and are clean and comfortable. The hosts are fantastic and the location is convenient with easy access to the airport and public transportation. Overall, I would rate the rooms, service, and location a 5 out of 5. Had a short stay here prior to a stay in Boston centre. Really enjoyed our stay here, friendly staff tried the restaurant very good I like exploring on foot, this was a great place to stay. The restaurant is located in an old building. The room we were in was stuffy and we had difficulty sleeping because the air conditioning unit would turn on, but the vent was not set up to vent out of a window, so it just vented back into the room. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 1, the service a 4, and the location a 5.
