Wirtshaus Lohengrins Gaststaette

During the lockdown we enjoyed numerous meals to go from lohengrins and we are so excited to be able to enjoy in the cozy restaurant beirgarten again! All of the staff are very friendly and hardworking at this neighborhood gem of a restaurant and the menu is diversified and changing! We have many favorites which keep us returning many times in a week. The prices are extremely reasonable and portions generous for such meals! Josef keeps a watchful eye and works closely with his staff keeping quality professionalism to a consistent standard. The cooks in the kitchen do a great job with specials and menu items. Thank you for keeping our tummys happy with your delicious food. It's important to support our local gems to be successful for years to come!! Marienburg Zamdorfer hof are also DELICIOUS and shouldn't be missed as part of this restaurant family!!! The Baby back BBQ ribs are amazing!!!

Your dining experience starts with the warm greeting on arrival and that experience continued all through the night. The food (German dishes) is very good and they offer a menu in English which was very helpful. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. I had the crispy pork roast with dumpling and it was excellent. My husband had the pork stuffed with Tyrolian bacon that was great. We both had an excellent dessert. The wine was very good and the beer was excellent. The restaurant has inside and outside dining and both are nicely arranged. I would highly recommed this restaurant. It was a 15 minute walk from the apartment we are renting. A very good value for the money.

We take our guests here every time amazing food! Bavarian but somehow...better. Recommend the Bergsteigerschnitzel if you are hungry! And if you hear a family at the next able speaking English that's us. ; Oh, but note that the address given here is wrong it's just up the street on Lohingrinstr. (Tram stop Prinz Eugen Park . Recommend making reservations it can get busy even midweek!

This restaurant was local to our hotel. The food was great quality. Atmosphere fabulous and service excellent. We loved it so much we went back the following evening.

Service is attentive, reasonably priced, nice outside garden, extensive menu worth a visit if you are near the east side of Munich.
