When I first walked down town by my own I didn't notice this lovely place (Sunday closed), but some days after a German friend of mine chose randomly this place, and it was perfect, so typical food, ambiance, music, kind services to be German, you can find typical Germans food of the region and also drinks! I would definitely come back!! Open until mid night Tuesday to Saturday, not expensive and great great place to stay so German style
Housed in a historic building and having been a regular guest back in the late 80's/early 90's, it was nice to find this restaurant to be a highly recommendable place. It maintained its style and spirit. Order a la carte or from the special of the day/week blackboard and I am sure you will find something suitable for you. Small and popular as it is, you should either arrive early or reserve a table.
A very good restaurant, with that “I cannot put my finger on it” touch that makes it a great place where you keep going back to. The food is no doubt delicious! The decor is very nice and sometimes funny. The staff is very friendly....As I said, a combination of all these things makes me visit every time when in Bühl. And if there is no table free, try to squeeze in at the “Stammtisch”.

We were staying close by and were looking for a good local restaurant. Wirsthaus really rocked all the boxes. Super friendly staff/owners who even translated the menu for us, good beer and excellent food. We ended up going twice! Super cosy too!

Great food in an informal setting. Traditional German with several twists. Caramelised cheese and their mixed salad are excellent.
