Wir waren bei einem Geburtstag eingelasen.Es gab Kotelettes, Schnitzel und Bratkartoffeln vom Wissinger Eck.Die Kotelettes waren zäh und fettig.Die schnitzel trocken und wie eine Schuhsohle.Da sschlimmste war aber die Würzung der Bratkartoffeln. Eine Gewürzmischung mit Mononatriumglutamat.Den Geruch erkenne ich sofort, da ich darauf allergisch reagiere.Der Gastgeber hat mir entgegen meiner Ablehnung den Teller damit vollgepackt. Somit musste ich den "Mist" essen.Die Quittung: Magenkrämpfe über den ganzen Abend und Pickel.Sehr schlechte Qualität. Fettig und ungesund!!!NIE WIEDER!Schlimm, dass so ein Laden auch Schulen und Kindern das Essen vorsetzt. Meine Kinder hätten Verbot sowas ungesundet...
Easily heat mushroom cream sauce oil in the pan and sweat the onions in it for about a minute. Add the mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes. Mix and add flour in a small bowl with half a glass of water. Add the cream with stirring and let it boil. Season with salt, broth, pepper, nutmeg and cayenne pepper. Simmer for a few minutes on a small flame. Stir a splash of lemon juice and parsley. After one minute light chefs taste again with lemon juice and spices.

We've ordered Pommes and we've ordered Currywurst to the car and ate in the beer garden. The beer garden is very nice. Pommes and Currywurst were okay.The lady behind the vase but very friendly
