This was hands down my worst experience at any restaurant in my life. Letâs just say we had a reservation at PM (didnât get seated till PM) and by we had only received of appetizers ordered. So, after two hours we still hadnât received either of the sushi rolls that we ordered as our entree or our second appetizer. Long story short, this was handled terribly by upper management within the restaurant. There were multiple tables that left without ever receiving the food they ordered. I will never go back to this place and plan to tell everyone I know how awful of an experience I had while dining here.
The sushi was just not that tasty. I think maybe it was the quality of the ingredients because the description of the rolls on the menu looked great. Frankly it came down to ingredients that looked and tasted poorly. The server was very nice and the restaurant looks fun but the food at this location just isnât very good at all.
The restaurant was nice, except the fact that we had to wait a half hour to be seated with reservations. I understand being understaff l, but the hostess was not attentive at all. Our waitress was amazing. She really was making sure we knew what was going on and apologized for the wait time.
Food was great, everyone enjoyed it. I love our server Ashley, she was honest and was genuine. She was super kind when my mom needed assistance and helped her down the step. You don’t see people helping people these days and I appreciated the gesture and so did my mom! Réservez une table maintenant
