"The Deep is a hidden gem along the coast. You should definitely set aside a day to explore, as there are hundreds of interactive exhibits alongside the tanks. It's truly remarkable to have a museum of this caliber outside of London, and it provides a fantastic reason to visit Hull. I wholeheartedly give this museum a 5-star rating."

The café on the top floor offers a stunning view of the harbor. There are plenty of clean and tidy restrooms and seating areas. The staff is friendly and eager to help, providing answers to questions and sharing interesting facts with the children. There are also many interactive exhibits and screens throughout. The gift shop has a wide variety of items as well. We didn't manage to buy tickets online in advance, but they were more than happy to sell them to us when we arrived. The tickets are valid for 12 months, allowing for multiple visits after your initial one. Overall, it’s a great place to take the kids for a few hours!

We visited after staying nearby. My children loved it! Definitely worth booking in advance though as people who didn't were being turned away. Your tickets can be used for 12months after too! The aquarium was great, staff were friendly and knowledgeable also approachable. There was a lift which travels through the water which took about 20 minutes to queue for. Lots of stairs to get to the start or a lift. We wouldn't travel just to go here but if we are near by again we will definitely pop in again. It filled a couple of hours and that was a leisurely pase around.

excellent quality aquarium on the humber directly from the bridge. good size parking but they must pay £3 also with a full price ticket. lots to see and interaktiw with inside, beautifully designed with lots of space, clean tanks and happy looking fish! the main tank is quite amazing and they make the best of it with plenty of possibilities to see it, including a glass bubble elevator at the end! good caffe with hot and cold eating and a brilliant, well-stocked gift shop at the outlet. we were 3 hours, including a fast cafe stop. highly recommended.

Beautiful aquarium, best place I have ever been to so far. There are tons of floors and animals, ranging from tiny jelly babies to great exotic sharks! The parking costs £1 from 6pm 6am £3 from 6am 6pm. We had no troubles finding a space to park. Inside the aquarium, you can find lots of information boards, telling you lots of things about that specific type of animal, a Gift Shop, and also a variety of fish, penguins other exotic animals. I 100% recommend this aquarium to anyone as it contains both stairs and lifts for anyone to use.

Nice place for kid and family. My son like this place because he love penguin . Moreover, they have activities such as painting the animation and let it go swim on the screen that makes my boy enjoy the trip when we visit here. You can buy ticket for a year and just booking the slot time for free of day pass in 12 months. That's worth for your money. Cafeteria for you at third floor that good but feel it's pricey if you don't order a kid deal.

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant that our children, aged 3 and 1, truly enjoyed. We, as parents, also had a great time! There were many fascinating fish to observe, along with informative and educational displays. The café left something to be desired, but the overall experience was fantastic. Plus, the entry fee allows for unlimited returns within a year, which is a great bonus!

Great place for kids. Very interactive. Keeps children entertained rather then just looking at tanks. The shark tank was a let down though. Seemed very small and just not what we were expecting. Same with the penguins. Would have been nice to see more about the British seas. But generally a great place. Food expensive as you would expect. Parking is a bit of a nightmare too.
