Wokinabox - Réserver une table

Ordering on-line was the perfect experience, even though the person at wok in a box told me they don't call to notify you when it is ready, I still got an sms to say otherwise, so work that one out. When I picked it up, i was surprised to find liquid was dripping underneath in the plastic bag as 2 boxes were on their sides, I made a comment about this but the cook turned a blind eye to my comment. That was disappointing as it meant that those dishes lacked the flavouring because of this and wet and sticky boxes to serve or eat from. [Not good presentation]. On a positive....the other dish had a slight charred burnt taste which was gorgeous and tasty! I loved that one. I told the cook i liked chili so he spontaneously decided to re-toss the mee goreng in a pan with some chopped chili. [I hadn't really asked him]. We never got to finish this dish because the chili overpowered any taste that it had before. We only ate the other 2 dishes in the end. Also, one of the dishes had rice which seemed a bit dry but edible. So looking forward to this night eating wok-in-a-box but it didn't turn out as well as we had expected.

The online ordering experience at the restaurant was perfect, although the person at the restaurant mentioned that they were not notified when the order was ready. However, I received a text message to the contrary, so they were able to resolve that issue. When I picked up the order, I was surprised to find that there was liquid dripping from the plastic bag, as the boxes were placed on their sides. I mentioned this to the staff, but they seemed unbothered. This was disappointing as it affected the taste of the dishes and made the boxes wet and sticky, which did not make for a good presentation. On a positive note, one of the dishes had a light, amazing taste that I found to be delicious. I mentioned that I liked chili to the cook, and he decided to add chopped chili to the mee goreng dish without me even asking. Unfortunately, the overwhelming chili flavor overpowered the dish, and we ended up not finishing it. The other dishes were somewhat edible but not as expected. Overall, our experience with Wok-in-a-Box did not meet our expectations.

The online ordering experience was excellent, although the person on the phone did not inform me when the order was ready, I received an SMS saying otherwise. When I picked up the order, I was surprised to find liquid dripping in the plastic bag, as two boxes were placed on their side. I asked a visually impaired chef to help me, and they noticed that the dishes lacked flavor due to the wet and sticky boxes. The presentation was not impressive. On a positive note, the other dish had a light, flavorful taste that was delicious and beautiful. I informed the chef about this and enjoyed that particular dish.

Wokinabox is my go-to place for delicious sweet and sour pork. It's fast and convenient. My boyfriend and I waited for at least 10 minutes for our order to be ready.
