CAUTION: FALSE ADVERTISING! The prices listed on the menu don’t match what they charge you at the register. It shouldn’t take more than an hour to update your prices, so don’t try to use the excuse that there was a sign by the door about the price change. It’s still misleading if the menu doesn’t reflect it. Additionally, both employees were on the phone while making my sandwiches and passing them to each other, which was unprofessional. I should have walked out at that point. I ordered a Cuban sandwich, and I couldn’t even finish it—it definitely wasn’t worth the trip.
The bagels here are delicious, but the staff tends to overlook customers when they enter. I've found myself waiting for about 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. I've even walked out twice, which is why I've decided to stop going altogether. The customer service is lacking, and you can expect to wait at least 20 minutes or more for a sandwich or cold cuts—it's quite slow. In comparison, the Italian deli on Front Street is much better and consistently friendly.
Have some respect for yourselves when you put lox on a bagel with a schmear. I never felt so gypped in my life. Acting like you took the salmon out of the bears mouth- foh. Only thing keeping me from calling the President of the United States is the Cream O Land chocolate milk in the cooler. Other than that, place is for the birds.
Very unhappy food was good but a price for a plain bagel egg whites with pork roll $10.00 and price for egg whites and cheese same price 10.00 way too expensive and was brought to burger King on Saturday morning never again..what a shame 20.00 dollars for 2 sandwiches on bagels.never again lost my business. I've been a regular customer here for over a year, but I’ve had enough of the constant price increases. Charging $17 for two turkey bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches seems outrageous. While the bagels are good and fresh, the prices are definitely making me reconsider my visits.
Great spot, however the price increases are insane. A full sub went from 14 dollars to 25 dollars without tax. I would only recommend bagels from here, even the pork roll egg and cheese is near 8 dollars!
Got a sandwich on a bagel. It only had one slice of turkey and one slice of cheese. Lettuce was brown and they used the ends of the tomatoes. Unacceptable for the price.Friendly service.
Great bacon egg and cheese. NOT TOASTED.But the guy who toasts the bagels must be crazy because serving this? To paying customers is INSANE. Legit charcoal

The bagels here are okay, but the customer service is garbage. I waited 30 minutes for 3 bagels and all of the employees have terrible attitudes.
They have turkey bacon and their egg sandwich is so good!
