I recently visited Wood Ranch with the expectation of enjoying a meal that would accommodate my dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite having a medical card that specifies my need for smaller portions, equivalent to a kids' meal, the manager refused to honor my request. I explained that I can only consume about 3-4 ounces of food, but the manager insisted that kids' meals are strictly for children. Our server was friendly and fairly attentive, given how busy the restaurant was at the time. No complaints there. The food was a mixed bag. 2 of us had the Tri tip, which was delicious and cooked to perfection. The Mac n cheese noodles were undercooked and three of us ordered that side, so there was some collective disappointment in that regard. My son loved the Buffalo wings appetizer and everyone enjoyed the spinach and artichoke dip.
We were pleasantly surprised to be seated within 2 minutes of arriving, despite being told there would be a 10-minute wait. The service was excellent, with prompt and attentive staff. We tried the brisket and ribs, both of which were delicious. The ribs had a more intense flavor compared to the brisket, which we enjoyed. Overall, we had a great experience at this restaurant and would recommend it to others.
This place is a new favorite of mine. We were greeted and seated within a few minutes. Our server recommended the Natalie Salad (we got a half size and shared it- perfect! and the steak. My husband got macaroni and cheese and brussel sprouts, and I got a baked sweet potato. We will be back soon!! Réservez une table maintenant
