This review isn't focused on the food, but rather on the poor customer service I encountered. Today, I dealt with a young man who spent the entire time complaining about making my custom pizza. It's understandable that no one enjoys working on a holiday, but it was his shift, and his negative attitude was front and center. I believe he could benefit from proper customer service training—there are courses available for this. If he can't adapt, it might be better for him to have a role that doesn't involve public interaction. Woodgrain lost my business today, and I was not impressed at all!
I visited this restaurant after a long day at work and had a wonderful experience. The manager, who I believe was named Vanessa, was smiling and giving instructions to her team, who appeared to be listening attentively. The customer service was among the best I've ever experienced. The cleanliness of the place was impressive—it felt as if it had just opened. And the food was fantastic!
Went here with my family tonight and the food was wonderful. I got a salad which was fresh and they mixed the dressing in for me. The pizzas looked great and came out perfectly cooked. I also like that they have beer and wine. It is a relaxed atmosphere and doesn't feel like your in a busy pizzeria.
I absolutely adore the pizza at this place! It's become a new favorite for my boyfriend and me. They offer gluten-free crust and vegan cheese, which is a huge plus. While there's another location in Bolingbrook, this one is definitely the best. They really excel at creating a true pizza experience!
