Woody's Sports - Réserver une table

I went to Woodys with a couple of coworkers for drinks. I've never experienced bad service until this day! The bartender/server KIM was rude and very unprofessional. One of my coworkers who is a regular was there waiting for my friend, her family and I to arrive. KIM'S demeanor was not welcoming. Cold not friendly at all to us, but kind to my other friend that's a regular, KIM made sure to serve him well. After said friend left, I was told KIM is only kind to her regulars and gravitates to them even though it's not her table to serve. I don't think that's fair to the other servers that work there. burgers come with red tweepers, but the menu tells the customer that not. bad customer service from the cook. burger should be medium good and it is burned. yes, burt. update her menu to reflect what is actually on her eating and train her chefs to prepare food properly.
