surprisingly decent Thai food quality in a parramatta Hotel/Pub! I ordered the fried thai rice and had not expected much because of the environment, but it was actually quite good. a lot of taste in the rice. the one I noticed was that it had inherited and mais that I have never seen in Thai fried rice. it was a nice sweet supplement that balances the strong taste. this place is very busy with groups during lunch, so they are happy to steal a place!
eating here wasn't bad. I think these youngs are more specialized in Asian cuisine, as it seems that there are some Asian dishes on the menu. we ordered chicken chips for lunch, which was not too bad. only on the head is that it is only cash, so make sure they bring this dollar. the price was ok. easy to reach as it is about 10 to 15 minutes to walk from the train station.

great pub to fall into the heart of parramatta. a weekly lunch trip for a great Thai meal. also around the corner of the stadium ofpirtek fall again and again for a drink and free sausage when the hikers play. great local!
We were looking for somewhere in Parramatta to have lunch and someone suggested the Woolpack Hotel. Great environment in a historic old pub with a modern decor, good location and I really enjoyed the Thai food good value.
Went here on a Thursday night and it was surprisingly quiet. Seemed a nice place, clean and well-lit. It looked newly renovated, wouldn't mind coming back here.
And out of left field comes another contender for the title of oldest pub in Australia - The Woolpack Hotel in Paramatta (or at least that what it claims, Réservez une table maintenant
nice pub that is very historical and popular among the locals. the atmosphere is modern and also does cheap Thai food. the personal is friendly.
