I have been a regular customer at Milanos for years, and I have always enjoyed the food. However, I recently witnessed something concerning. The man who claimed to be the manager, James, picked a piece of chicken from a pan used to make Florentine slices with his bare hands and ate it, without washing his hands or wearing gloves. He then continued to handle more food in the same way. This is unacceptable, and I have decided that I will not be dining here again until the owner addresses this serious issue with James. I used to love this place, but I've now lost faith in it, and I will be sharing my experience with my colleagues at the Nanuet School District and the PTA at Pearl River schools....
My order was set to be delivered at 7:15 pm. It did not come until 8:35. After calling several times to get a refund, they refused. At 8:35 a man was at my door banging very loudly considering my 2 of children (both under the age of 3) were in bed at that point. When I answered the door he was shoving a pizza box in the door saying why aren 't you answering the door? , as if the delivery was not an hour and half behind schedule. I told him that the email stated delivery would be at 7:15, to which he called me a liar. When I showed him the email, he stated that next time he will make sure that the email states the correct time. There was no apology. There was no refund.
I waited an hour and a half for my order placed on Slice. When I called to check on its status, they informed me that it was just leaving. It actually arrived 20 minutes later, and I live only five minutes away. I ordered Chicken Florentine but received Chicken Marsala instead. The other dish was lobster ravioli in vodka sauce, but it turned out to be just a basic red sauce. Additionally, it was supposed to come with bread, but there was none in the bag. I won't be ordering from there again.

Orders are frequently incorrect and the meatballs taste like they are made with breadcrumbs instead of meat. The chefs could benefit from going to culinary school to learn how to make authentic Italian cuisine. Even Olive Garden has better food. The prices are too high for the small portions. Overall, there are better pizza places to try instead.

Do NOT use!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered from this restaurant via Slice at 7:43pm. It's currently 11:09. They continuously said the driver was a couple minutes away- the restaurant is 19 minutes away from me. It's been over 3 hours, the restaurant is now closed, and so is every where else. They assured me they would give me extra food etc, but it is still not here. Do not waste your time money or energy.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My pizza arrived two hours late and was just placed on the ground without any notification. The delivery worker refused to wear a mask while delivering my order, which was really concerning. To make matters worse, they were rude and cursed at me for no reason. I definitely do not recommend ordering from here.
What shape is this pizza? Absolutely poor presentation. What is going on with the crust? undercook pizza? looks like someone took a bite of a few slices. lool at the crust....How do you box this up and send it off.

I absolutely adore the thin crust Margherita Pizza at this restaurant! It has a fresh and exquisite taste.
I got 2 slices to go. Great pizza, even better customer service!
