omg! hands down for the best of the best pho and banh mi in qld! this place deserves a lot more attention! I am in love with her pho bread, so aromatic with a lot of bark plank, bark balls and a rare bark meat. you have to talk about the broth again, it is so rich and full of taste. probably just as good as pho le in saigon! banh mi: the bungalow is super crispy and crispy and filled with much marinated meat. only wow. After having really good runway mi in the Vietnamese populated suburbs of melbourne, I can say that the runway Mi’s at this stafford outlet are right up. brot is crusty and soft, filling generous and tasteful. many options of filling pork, bark meat, huh and vegetarian. two up!

Best bahn mi on the north side hands down. Hidden gem. Great bread and fresh ingredients. Not expecting much from a food court place but was I wrong.
