Terrible service at church street. Ordered 2x sandwiches was left standing waiting for 30 minutes then noticed a person that order after me walking away with their food. I walked up to a small window at the side of the building and my order was sitting there. The staff were rude stating that my order was called several times but I’m sorry they can call it 100 times because you can’t hear it from the front of the shop and no signage to direct you to a collection window. A woman who looked to be more senior in the shop who had no manners said that’s their system and wan unapologetic.
