Wynnum Manly Leagues Club

The venue seems to have had a recent re-furb with new carpet and chairs, so looks appealing. If you are just going for drinks or to play the pokies it's pretty much standard leagues club atmosphere.However the food in the restaurant is awful. The Friday fish special was 2 small pieces of fish (looked like frozen genetic sort) and a smattering of chips and a bowl of salad. The roast of the day was cold, tough overlooked lamb and lukewarm veggies (yuk). Another friend had the Lambshank meal, it was passable. There is no gluten free options so another friend with us opted to eat a packet of Smiths chips as she is Coeliac and couldn't risk getting sick. Really though her lunch smelt better and most likely tasted better than ours.For a big suburban club they really need to lift their game and hire some real chefs .Would not recommend and won't go back. The Wynnum RSL has much better food and plenty of GF options.

I have been to the Wynnum manly leagues club on many occasions and am always happy with my experience. The club offers good value meals to members and non members - and live entertainment some evenings.Most recently, I took my family visiting from overseas to the club for dinner. We had an excellent meal! The portions were generous and steak was cooked perfectly. The staff at the club are always so warmAnd friendly. They do an excellent job and should be commended. A special mention goes to an employee named Chris. He is always so happy and pleasant - a real credit to the club. Recommend to anyone wanting a reasonably priced rsl style meal.

Enjoyed lunch recently at the club. Food was tasty and good value for money. My husband had a steak and I had fried Barramundi. You are able to help yourself to a salad selection which includes pineapple, beetroot, pasta salad and garden salad. However, don't try the coleslaw because none of our party liked it.There is also a cafe with lovely cakes and snacks and a relaxing lounge area.

A very pleasant environment in this club. There are cheap pensioner deals on most days. You can choose to eat in the main restaurant or the cafe right next to it. Cafe prices are very reasonable offering sandwiches, soups , quiches etc.

If you're after a great meal at a reasonable price then this is the place to go. Curtesy bus for pick up and drop off in the local area. Bar staff are also wonderful. Will be returning for our next outing
