Wyoming's Rib And Chophouse Gillette

I went with my family and they were polite but I felt like they would prefer if there was no young ones, age range was 6 to 15. They did have a kids menu of 4 or 5 items and all came in a little paper classic car. Kids menu is only up to age 10 so my small11 year old ate from the adult menu, he wasn 't able to finish half of his food. I had a 7 oz steak that was cooked to a perfectmedium rare and sautéed spinach that was cold. My husband got the half rack of ribs and he said they were dry even slatheredwith sauce as they were. Do not waste your time and money going there. I’m sure their bar tender was very inexperienced as both drinks (different ones) were awful- the beer was good. Our kids menus items came out freezing cold. My husband got a baseball cute steak and orderedMedium, I’m certain the meat was still mooing because it was so rare. The carrot soufflé was good. The salmon was overcooked. Service was very very slow. Our waitress was nice. We went there because we have one in Billings and it’s always a“treat” to go there and we thought it was a safe call… not at all. It was awful and nothing like the Billings location.The Billings Rib and Chop is great the Gillette Rib and Chop is awful.

We were driving from Grand Teton to Devil's Monument and didn't realize there was such a huge stretch of road with no service/restaurants. Thankfully we found this place for a very late lunch. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. For once, I forgot to take pictures of our food because we were all ravenous. For apps, we got the fried green tomatoes which were great. I got the Louisiana pasta with a side of gumbo. The pasta was amazing, flavor-packed, and the shrimp in it was cooked perfectly. My sister's chicken fried steak was really good as well. Recommend if you're in the area!

First time eating here. Was not disappointed. Placed order online, picked up at the restaurant. Food was still hot and delicious after the 20 minute drive home. The ambiance inside the building is excellent, and the staff does a great job at making you feel welcome. I sincerely wish that I wasn't so anxious when I went. I would've loved to experience the meal at the restaurant.

The last 4 times I've eaten here the meat is not cooked properly. Either it's raw or over cooked. I asked for this steak Medium and you can try and tell me thats medium. It's a filet, not a cheap piece of meat. I used to love this restaruant but I'vefinally given up. I won't be returning. Réservez une table maintenant

Great food and the service was excellent. We were recommended to this place by Arbuckle and they did not disappoint. The deserts were big enough to see e 2+ people and the baby back ribs , salmon and burgers were all excellent.

We first tried this restaurant last month while staying in Casper. We were happy to find there was one in Gillette when we were passing through. The food was great and the dessert was amazing.
