Wonderful food and great wines. The clean and crisp Japanese inspired flavors were on point while celebrating Spanish ingredients. I’d give it 4,5 stars due to some small imperfections (I did not get bread, maybe cause I was alone? There was a bone in the corvina, they communicated a break between dishes but then served on directly and there was a small error with the bill). But all in all it was really very good! And also a very good price for the quality (especially if you compare it to Dutch prices). Would definitely recommend the tasting menu!
