I frequently dinned at Restaurant X and was disappointed that it closed down. We decided to go over the bridge and try out X20. First, it was further than we anticipated to get there and were didn't know that Yonkers was like a mini city. There is no parking at the restaurant, and you have to pay $10 for valet parking. The building is right on the Hudson. There is nothing on the bottom floor and the restaurant is on the top floor with lots of windows. You have a great view wherever you sit, including the view in the bathroom! The service was really good, they were very attentive and personal. I had dinner at X20 during Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, this is my 3rd time patronizing this restaurant with my restaurant and I am happy to report that it has never disappointed. It was a busy Saturday night, and we had an 8:30 pm reservation, we arrived and were seated promptly upstairs in the restaurant. We were sat next to the window with a beautiful view of the Hudson River, even in the dark you were able to see. Our drink orders were taken, I had an Owl's Call and my husband the HV Spiked Cider. Wonderfully diverse staff, attentive and efficient. The views are stellar and the food amazingly simple with just enough flare. Went 1st time for a friend's 60th Birthday so a table of 10 or so folks the staff was on point. Another fabulous lunch here! I stopped in during Yonkers restaurant week and was not disappointed. for appetizers we started off with the mousseline of chicken livers which was incredibly savory with a nice grainy mustard and pickled onion. It paired perfectly with the crisp baguette, just delicious! My friend got the goat cheese salad which was absolutely delicious in a mustard vinaigrette. it was the perfect beginning. For entrées We ordered the pork loin and the salmon. The pork loin was tender and juicy with a nice apple compote on top. The salmon was perfectly done with a nice orzo and veggie broth. Service was excellent, as usual. It is always a pleasure dining here!

Best food n the area. We had the amazing Beef Wellington, my friends had Short Rib, Salmon, and Chicken ... all excellent. Perfect service and drinks that are made very tasty and strong Excellent Old Fashion. Dessert is unique versions of standard items like apple tart, and an ice cream with fruits and alcohol that is well balanced and wonderful. Last week we had brunch, epic dishes and they periodically bring samples to try as well coupled with the bottomless drinks, it was a fun afternoon affair.
Quite good food and amazing service. The views are amazing; it's great to be able to have a fine dining experience on the waterfront. Not many options for vegans or vegetarians, however. The best offerings on the menu or meat or fish related.
not the 5 stars x2o of pastness. the orders delivered pieces not together, eating was quality usual (in pastness was spectacular) and needed to carry outer sheath as was very cold inside.
we were in x2o numerous paints and have never been disappointed. good choices, beautifully decorated, excellent service. not complaining.

Food is very good. Ambiance is lovely, but I'd say the service in my experience was the best thing.
