If you are familiar with Chinese food from the western region this is your go to place. Very good portion sizes and the food is very flavorful. If you are dining-in the don't expect this place to feel like a michelin three star restaurant experience as this is very much a mom&pop shop so if you are looking for that, this is not it. If you want the a hole in the wall experience as seen in a lot of Anthony Bourdain's tv show then place definitely fits the bill.
I really enjoyed the food here and thought everything was authentic. I'm a little surprised that this place doesn't show up when I search Google unless I'm looking for it. They have hand pulled noodles and traditional Xi an meals. It may take a while to make (we only waited maybe 10min dining in) bc it's a mom and pop shop so I feel like people should be more understanding. The lady was so friendly and a lot of people did take out!
As I at in my vehicle parked in front of this establishment a female came out of the door and spit something from her mouth onto my vehicle. She then retrieved mail from the mailbox beside the door and went back inside. In disbelief, I got out of my and saw something green that looked like a vegetable this female had spit onto my vehicl. Imagine what is done to food they prepare behind closed doors.

I really enjoyed the double cooked pork over rice, the Chinese hamburger, and the beef noodle soup. The food was great for takeout, and there are a few casual tables available for dining in. It's also kid-friendly; we brought along a 1.5-year-old and a 3.5-year-old, and they had a good time.
This place is a hidden gem. My personal favorite was the cold noodles and the hamburger. Everyone who ordered takeout got the same thing so you know it's good. Please help out this small business since there's no other noodle places like this in the area ?
Excellent Chinese hamburgers, beef soup noodles, big plate chicken, mapo tofu that was properly spicy! Everything is served in togo containers but don't let that deter you from eating inside since the food is so good hot and fresh ?
Absolutely delicious! I had the large plate chicken, biang biang noodles, and steamed cold noodles, and everything was fantastic and reasonably priced. Réservez une table maintenant
They gave me the braised pork over rice instead of the braised pork noodle. Everything was delicious though ! Especially the 肉 夹 馍/Chinese Hamburger
