Xian Noodle Factory

this place is a dive. it is also a gem. I've been eating xian since they were in west Hartford. it's the only place in Connecticut that competes with the noodle shops I grew up with in NYC. The noodle quality alone is just outrageous. The soups are flavorsome and balanced. I love love this place and only wish it was open on more days.I don't recommend dining in. the new location is significantly smaller than their west Hartford site. But it's worth it!!

They hiked the price by 50% of what is listed on online menu. I ordered spicy beef noodle soup and fried dumplings which cost me over $28 without tips. Taste is good but i cannot justify it based on the price. I went there around 6 pm on Friday evening and no one was dining in or taking out. There are only three dine-in tables. Not going back again.

The best hidden gem I found ever. This is the restaurant you MUST visit!!! If u want authentic Chinese food, go for it. Plus, it's super affordable and they give good portion! Definitely would recommend it as your first choice when you wanna have Chinese food.

expect a longer than usual wait, but the food is made fresh. Spicy beef pulled noodles dumplings burger are great. small location but great service and food!

Kou shui ji is like the best I have ever had! The owner is very sweet. Price is decent too! We'll come back again
