The waitstaff often display a poor attitude and respond only in ways that benefit them. For example, when I called to order a drink at 9:20 PM, believing they closed at 10 PM, I was informed they actually close at 9:15 PM—a closing time I suspect they just made up as they went along. Even simple requests, like asking for water or an extra bowl, are met with noticeable reluctance. If your closing time is indeed 9:15 PM, it would be better to update that information instead of saying you close at 10 PM. I had a fantastic experience on my first visit! The staff were friendly, although the ordering process was done through a QR code on my phone. I ordered the crossing bridge rice noodle, which felt like enjoying a personal hotpot! It does take up quite a bit of space on the table, but the presentation makes it well worth it. The noodles were delicious and paired perfectly with bubble tea. The portions are quite generous, making it great for sharing between two people. I definitely plan to return soon to explore more items on the menu!

I highly recommend this restaurant! I had the sour pickled fish rice noodles, and the soup was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice and tang. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable! I can't wait to return! This will definitely become my go-to spot for satisfying my noodle cravings!

I give this restaurant 3 stars for the service, not because it was poor, but because I felt a bit more interaction from the servers would have enhanced the experience. They were polite and well-mannered. Everything else was excellent—the noodle soup was hot and delicious, and the place was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend it! That evening, after finishing my meal, I began to feel unwell. I took a brief walk but eventually went to bed. The next morning, I woke up with intense stomach pain and ended up vomiting multiple times. I suspect I experienced food poisoning after eating at this restaurant. I wouldn't recommend this place and have no plans to return.

The quality of the food fluctuates significantly. It appears that they may have different chefs working on different days. You really need to luck out and visit when a skilled chef is on duty, or you may end up having a less than satisfying experience.

Overall, we love coming here to satisfy our noodle cravings. However, one aspect that really needs improvement is the cleanliness of the restrooms. To put it frankly, using them before your meal could definitely put a damper on your appetite!
