First time trying this restaurant and it was great. I was there pretty late on a weekday for their all-you-can-eat lunch. But frankly for two people an hour is plenty. The decor looks like it is from an old Chinese restaurant or inn. The server was very friendly and helpful and made sure she warned us of the time limit. Picked 3 soup bases and they were all great, spicy, mushroom and tomato broth, $29.99. The spicy one was so flavourful that no dipping sauce was required. The quality of their food is very good. This place is hotpot heaven! Loved everything about this place. From seating and decor to food and service, Xiang Zi hotpot exceeded expectations. This establishment was clean, and aprons were provided to prevent splatters from soup bases on our clothes. They had a wide selection of food for hotpot and unlimited Melonas for us to indulge. The restaurant was well ventilated, so it didn't feel muggy and sticky from the hotpots. There are private rooms on the 2nd floor should your party choose to have a more intimate setting. Easily one of my favorite hotpot joint of mine in town.

4 stars: I visited with a group of five for the all-you-can-eat hotpot lunch. We opted for the mushroom soup base and sampled a variety of hotpot ingredients. They even offered free abalone, which was a nice touch, and overall the food was delicious. However, they were cleaning the floors while we were eating, which created a brief smell reminiscent of a pool. Additionally, they didn't ask us if we wanted a refill on our teapot. The music they played also seemed to be on repeat.

This is an outstanding hot pot restaurant! Everything is incredibly fresh. The beef, scallops, and beef tongue are tender and practically melt in your mouth, along with a wide variety of options available on the dinner menu (which can also be ordered at lunch). The service is both quick and courteous. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent! Just keep in mind that there is an additional charge for the hot pot broth, similar to other hot pot restaurants. We enjoyed lunch here. good lunch options, beef slices and veggies were excellent. Tomato soup base was delicious. The servers were attentive too. they even wiped the high chair before they gave it to me. very kind of them. Will come back again.

Tried this new hot pot spot today. Got the tomato and spicy fish soup base. Well worth with just the right amount of kick. My friend got his super spicy so spicy make you wanna smack yo mamma!! Highly recommend this place

Great hot pot experience. Food is great. The spicy broth is fire!! You can choose from 1 5 spice level. I would recommend ordering a non spicy broth to go along with it. The service was fast and efficient.

Buffet style hot pot.The food is good. Typical Cinchuan cuisine.The price is reasonable. You can get credits if you top up your member card. And the credits can deduct the bill.

The service was very disappointing, the food was just mediocre, and the prices were quite high. The restaurant has a large space, but overall, it’s not worth it!
