Xinia's is a cute, organized, clean little spot. They have tables inside and outside for dining. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. We got a few different pastries and they were all yummy. I tried the savory pastelitos, which I liked a lot. The curtido was standard. Nice and pickled. I tried the tamal too. No complaints here. They have some vegetarian and vegan choices. They also carry different coffees, smoothies, juices and atole.
5.5/10. I ordered a canoa and they gave me a fried BANANA instead of plantain. Atol de elote was watery and in a small mug. The pupusas were also small. Spicy sauce was not spicy at all, maybe mild after eating a good amount of it. For 3 pupusas, 2 atol de elote, and one canoa I paid $30 dollars. This is more like a $20 meal considering the small portion sizes. Good if you’re hungry and in the area, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here.
I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegan options available at this restaurant. The staff were very helpful in guiding me towards these options, including informing me that the plantains are cooked in the deep fryer. I really enjoyed the tamales chiripin and would definitely return to try another savory dish.
I purchased a complete tres leches cake for my wife's birthday at this restaurant and it was a huge hit! I also bought a couple pastries and alfajores, both of which were delicious. The service was excellent, with very friendly staff working at this establishment. Réservez une table maintenant
Tres leches cakes classic and chocolate were amazing for my birthday! Lots of veggie options for pupusas and tasty tamales too. Bakery section has a variety of el salvadorean goodies. Atole is comforting to drink.
Best pupusas this side of El Salvador. Food is fresh so it takes a minute to come out. Don't come in starving. Staff is friendly and prices are good. The dining room is clean and casual.
Good food and friendly staff. I had a last minute order for a cake and no problem. They accommodate for us. Their price is very good too. Highly recommended!
