Yaba Sushi And Steak

My husband and I really enjoyed our previous visits to Yaba, but we were disappointed with our experience on Sunday 10/15 for my husband's birthday. The lobster roll, which we usually love, had stale, crunchy rice. The steak and chicken dinner lacked flavor in the soup, the salad had no dressing and tasted watered down. The dinner plate itself was good, but overall we were dissatisfied. It took over an hour to receive our order when dining in, as it seemed Yaba prioritized takeout orders. We may give it another try, but we hope the management takes these reviews into consideration and improves the food quality and service. Additionally, we found the sushi to be loose and difficult to pick up...

This dining experience has made me lose my interest in eating sushi for the next few months. The flavor was not up to par, the prices were high, and even the accompanying condiments like wasabi and ginger were mediocre. We decided to get takeout, ordering a variety of signature rolls, regular rolls, and fried rice. The service was acceptable, but they gave us the wrong price. The restaurant appeared to be clean, but the underwhelming food quality makes me think twice about recommending it, unless you're looking for a quick meal regardless of the cost.

I hadn't been to Yaba in a while due to the pandemic, but I was pleased to see that they have not lost their touch at all! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is great. The prices are reasonable compared to another sushi place I frequent in Beloit. I highly recommend trying the King Lobster roll, it's so delicious. The service was excellent. I dined in for lunch.

I recently tried Yabas for the first time and I was very impressed. The hibachi was tasty and the Bear Roll was exceptional. I would definitely return to this restaurant. No seating at the sushi bar... Bad sign. Sashimi was okay but not the top notch that sashimi just has to be. Garnished with shredded carrots. Soy sauce seemed weak. Service was excellent. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This restaurant is a complete waste of time and money. They can't even get a pizza right. My wife's cooking is ten times better. It is the worst restaurant in Blankenberge. I will never be returning.

The experience of dining at this restaurant is delightful. The staff is attentive and always ready to refill your coffee or attend to any other needs. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I absolutely adore hibachi at this place, and if it ever closed down, I would definitely miss eating Japanese food.
