Yaki The Emon - Réservation de table

I have loved Japanese food since my first trip to this inspiring country and was extremely happy to have a place that could match a real Japanese Izakaya (street food style) here in Düsseldorf. The entire street is filled with very admirable options of Japanese...restaurants and if you walk this lane after dawn, you might just think you landed in Shibuya. What makes the experience even more authentic is the fact that Japanese expects also love to frequent the places and dishes and drinks served there are real, that I can vouch for. Loved the food and experience and can't wait to have another Okonomiyaki once this pandemic is over.

We had dinner here and it was a treat for all. As this was a business dinner for a large group, we did not order from the menu, our hosts Japanese had pre ordered all of the dishes and all I can say...is well done. The food kept coming and the quality never diminished. Each dish was traditional and very tasty.

I thought I was in Japan! The deco is so Japanese. Most of the staffs are from Japan. They all speak English, German and Japanese. Their service is top notch! And their food especially the pancake, edema, fried octopus, chicken gyoza, sashimi and of course...the sushi! My kids really enjoy the place.

The right place in Dusseldorf, very welcoming even without reservation for the evening, So a bit waiting was expected. No problem, the service guided through the menus. I had a variety, okras in beef, chicken garlic, tea and of course the rice cakes! Like to...come back soon. Réservez une table maintenant

the okinomoyaki is of course delicious, but we found the other dishes not to be missed too! especially liked the grilled aubergine, grilled edamame, fried dumplings and the mochi ice-cream. the yuzu sake and momo sake were both delicious (a bit too sweet afterwards) too.

It's been a long time since I ate here, and need to say that their quality of taste and service are going down hill. The okonomiyaki shrunk so much, all other little food getting pricey. The mix drink in japan style still the best around...tho.

I specifcally went there for their Okonomiyaki, and I was not dissapointed. It was tasty, It was scrumptious and it was pleasantly filling!! I would call them a specialist in Okonomiyaki !!!! Vey good service too, thank you guys!!

Super yummy, super fresh! The sashimi is very vey fresh. The Okonomiyaki is a must must try. Super service, friendly and accommodating staff! Two thumbs up!

We liked well, have been a very good alternative to the many good classic Japanese restaurants in Düsseldorf.
