My partner and I reserved a table for tonight for our anniversary. We had our first date here and it was lovely so we thought it would be nice to have our first anniversary here too. We arrived to a closed restaurant, completely in dark and no one around. My reservation wasn't cancelled, nobody contacted me to say that the restaurant was closed, there was no notes on the door as to why the restaurant was closed at 7:30pm on a Wednesday, and I've traveled for an hour to come here from South Bermondsey. I mean, I get it if there was like no staff to work or whatever, but at least cancel people's reservations??? Leave a note on the door of why you are closed??? There was nothing on the website...
Heating wasn't on during cold snap, as apparently it's not worth it on a Sunday. The menu posted in window was out of date- we wouldn't have gone in if we had known, as the dishes I required were not available. Not enough effort was made to explain the glutenfree adjustment for me. The bartender had clip clop shoes on, so everytime he walked by we heard the noise-surely there are silent shoes readily available. A most annoying, unpleasant experience. We won't go again. Dietary restrictions: Confusing and not declared allergens.
Ordered the chef made bean burgers with wedges. And hand done lemonades. Service is super friendly. Beautiful fresh flowers and art in a super clean air conditioned inside. Surprised that a 5 star restaurant can be found in a tiny town like Idaho city. Wish we’d had room for dessert! It also looked amazing ! New favorite go to for a nice dinner out at a good price! Very disappointing- our starters came relatively quickly but then we waited an hour and a half for our main course. I would kind of understand it if we were a large table but there was only two of us. When it finally arrived it was luke warm and distinctly average. The staff did apologise and gave us a couple of free drinks but I wouldn’t go back. Service: Dine in
Firstly amazing customer service, friendly, gave acknowledgement and very professional. I loved that they had music playing in the background and the food was very delicious. The atmosphere very warm and inviting, tables not to close to each other. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, definitely coming back again with a few more friends Service: Dine in
