I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and it exceeded my expectations. The lovely woman at the counter was courteous, attentive, and warm. She made me a delicious vegetarian sandwich called the Green Goddess, which was fantastic. The restaurant itself was clean, modern, and spacious. I'm really glad I decided to drop by!
What a fantastic sandwich shop! I had the summit sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it for lunch or any time of day. I will definitely come back when I'm in the area again.

I had a Cuban sandwich splitted with my wife and it was a great quick lunch. Do not expect huge portion but the flavor is great! Staff was very helpful and polite!
The Italian Beef is fire! Our team keeps Yampa in standard rotation for lunch. Usually I have a brief wait but it's worth it.
