I really do not understand the high ratings for this restaurant. I was looking to have a chinese meal for some time and this is not too far away. I never booked in advance and we were grateful to get a table. The two waitresses were very helpful and luckily did not have to wait that long between courses. The banguets are very limited as there is not much choice however they ageed to change our main course. NOW for the food, does the chef even taste what he produces, the chicken and sweetcorn soup was heavily flavoured with sugar, probably the worst I have ever had in any chinese restaurant, the ribs were hard with a extremely salty coating, they were awful, these were not freshly made. What an absolute delight it was to dine here !! Went with my partner, 31st July 2021 5pm and we both absolutely loved it . The staff are amazing and go above and beyond with their service . I had wontons , he had hot and sour soup , and for main I had beef in green peppers with fried rice and he had chow mein with salt n pepper chips absolutely delicious , can't recommend this place enough !!
Great restaurant. Food was superb and the staff where lovely, friendly and very helpful. They where very generous when we asked for extra sweet and sour sauce and happily turned off the air conditioning above our table. The place is very clean and has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere.
The food at this restaurant was stunning. The portion sizes are generous enough to share between two people and the prices are very reasonable.
