The Yang-Zi Restaurant in Norderstedt near Hamburg (Germany) is one of those many Asian Restaurants around. It is acceptable foodwise, the location looks alright, the business lunch prices are ok though the à la carte menu appears to be too expensive for what is offered. But the stunning thing is the completely negligent, sort of detached, lunatic service: no menu without asking for it at the bar counter, no spices on the table, a vase with the little flower only for Asian guests, extensive waiting time even for a simple standard lunch meal and still after a complaint no self reflection of the staff: "too many guests, too much work" and one should the "next time" better come when it is less busy. And of course in this lunatic way no gesture offered. So, if you want to enjoy normal acceptable food for an acceptable money (which applies only for the lunch set menu) with a service so disastrous to really get angry about it: go there. But for me myself certainly no "next time".
