This is a fantastic place to visit! The music is fun, and the dance floor is great! The drinks are reasonably priced and not too expensive! As a person who is profoundly deaf with implants in both ears, I truly enjoy coming here. The staff is very accommodating; whenever I write down my order, they respond quickly and tap my hand to let me know I can pay. I always sign “Thank you,” and one wonderful lady—about 5'3" or 4" with dark brown-black hair—signed “thank you” back to me. She made me feel so welcome! I wish I could remember her name, but she was absolutely amazing!

This is a fantastic spot for lunch, offering a calm and friendly dining atmosphere. The staff is wonderful and accommodating, particularly Shamya and Juice, who have outstanding customer service skills. We've decided to make this our weekly go-to place since it’s child-friendly and the food consistently meets high-quality standards. It’s much nicer than other places we’ve tried in the area near Romford.

What a fantastic restaurant! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Simon, who went out of his way to assist us. The food is amazing, thanks to the wonderful kitchen team—I'm sorry I didn't catch their names! I can't wait to return!

This may be a branch of a national chain but the attention to detail and welcome from the staff is much more personal than that. Always good service and decent pricing so looking forward to visiting again soon.

Really great night out! Started out with food and lots of drinks. Had planned to move on but stayed all night! Great customer service and prices very reasonable! Will be back very soon!

always a good night. Bar staff all friendly and nice especially sarah, diamond and simon! breakfasts are always good when jordan and emma are in the kitchen!

I love this place! Always a vibe and has a great atmosphere. Simon is brilliant and polite always makes the best cocktails. 100% recommended
