Ye Olde Bridge Inn

The food was wonderful, and the staff were incredible! They were friendly, courteous, and attentive. However, there was a very rude and aggressive man who was shouting and swearing at the staff, completely disregarding the multiple families with children nearby. I don’t know how the staff managed to stay so calm and professional; I was almost ready to get up and confront him myself, as his behavior was completely childish! He clearly needs someone to talk to. Despite this disruption, the staff handled the situation admirably. Thank you for the amazing food and great atmosphere!

We booked a picnic for 2 on a day when the pub was participating in the Help to Eat Out Scheme. When we came to pay, we were told that the picnics did not have 50% off. This was not mentioned when we booked over the telephone or on their website. The lady at the till was not bothered that we had been misled and couldn't really be bothered to even apologize. The picnic was nice but not worth £15 per person and we would not have booked if we had known it was not half price. Very poor customer service.

Had a amazing night on Saturday for my surprise party. We will definitely be returning as the food was absolutely delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I would recommend Ye Olde Bridge Oxton to anyone who wants the high standards and atmosphere that this pub delivers

We held a wake for my wife's funeral here. The setting was just perfect and Hannah and her team were excellent hosts, looking after all our needs. The food was excellent and the courteousness and attentiveness of the waitresses was exemplary. Thank you. Réservez une table maintenant

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The customer service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. I didn't have to wait long for my meal, and when it arrived, it was served hot. I ordered the scampi, and it was cooked to perfection.

Just had 5 childrens cokes, all charged £2.95 and tried saying they’re the same size as the adults 3/4 pints. Complained of cold food that just came back microwaved so the beef was chewy, and well done. Won’t be returning

The food was fantastic again today. The Halloumi fries, Smoked Salmon Chowder and Sticky Toffee are off the charts! Lovely welcome from the team and what a legend that Paul is.

Fabulous sunday roast , completely fresh and tastes amazing. Lovely outdoor seating area and felt very safe as well distanced too. Friendly staff. Réservez une table maintenant
