Ye Olde Fleece Inn

Visited for lunch today and this place did not disappoint. Excellent fresh food, very tasty and big portion. The burger was one of the best I've tasted and the Cajun Chicken Cheese Baguette was packed full and delicious. The staff were all very polite and helpful. Not the cheapest of lunches but I always say you get what you pay for and it was definitely worth it. will visit again.

Looking for Sunday lunch in Kendal and all we see is closed pubs. Eventually find this pub and what a find. Great pint of Hobgoblin and very tasty roast beef lunch. Bit slow on service but we weren't in a hurry once we had our drinks.

Had the mushroom wellington with chips instead of mash, veg and gravy it was delicious. The staff were super friendly, although the service was a little slow, possible due to the 'Eat Out To Help Out ' scheme

many vegan options such as pizza, vegan chickenburger, burger, sausage and maic. I had a whistle and a maze and it came with a lot of veg and was really nice!

at a somewhat higher price point, but eating is good, the device is nice on the inside and has seating possibilities in the free. service was also good!
