Not much to look at, but I 'm rather impressed with the interior. You clearly made the most of every square-inch of available space. The place has an old school feel to it, which I sorely miss. You lost 1 star due to your response to Lewis, 2 months ago. After hearing such great things about this place, I was appalled to see such a sarcastic response from the owner. Now, I don 't know Lewis. It could very well be that he 's just a jackhole who deserved every bit of that response. But, see, that 's just the problem. Nobody knows anything about Lewis, except the review he left. Also, other than your loyal customers, nobody knows anything about you, except your responses to reviews left here. I...
I don't see why some people have complaints about this rest stop. The restaurant's restroom is exceptionally clean, and I've heard that the showers are equally spotless. We had ample space to extend our slides, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. Yes, there is some noise from the truck stop and passing trains, but that’s typical for this type of location. With our fan running, we had no trouble sleeping. It felt secure (open 24/7), with friendly people around and a truck repair station nearby.
I used the Mudflap app to get a discount on fuel, but the cashier struggled to process it and refused to contact Mudflap support for assistance. We ended up having to call support ourselves and spent 49 minutes trying to help him figure it out. I will never refuel here again—the service was terrible. Additionally, the place had an unpleasant smell reminiscent of an old house. Trucker friends, beware! The only thing the cashier kept saying was “this f-ing app”... such unprofessionalism.
For the second straight time attempting to get a meal at the restaurant our order was forgotten. Not even busy either time. No real concern by staff either. I use to really enjoy the service and food ..not sure if there will be a next time.

For my fellow truck drivers: while I was parked and watching people, I noticed the sheriff's department patrolling the area regularly. Take this as you will, but nobody bothered me or my truck that night.
Although I've been to several African countries, authentic Ethiopian was my first encounter . I personally met the owner who was friendly and cordial. I thoroughly enjoyed this dining experience
When IN YELLOWSTONE.....I got the Yellowstone burger and onion rings, washed down with a huckleberry shake..and some Buffalo Chile for tomorrow. Milo had a burger patty. Fantastic food.
I stopped by this place for a quick meal while traveling, and I absolutely fell in love with their delicious pies and the breathtaking view!

Old fashioned truck stop vibe. Waitresses are super great. Food is definitely home made. Best club sandwich around.
