I went to this restaurant for a quick lunch and found myself waiting in line. After waiting for 10 minutes, someone finally showed up. However, the restaurant looked empty. The staff member asked if we had a reservation, to which I replied no. Unfortunately, he informed us that they were short-staffed and couldn't accommodate us. Despite being there with my daughter on a Wednesday at 2 o'clock, they did not make any attempt to find a solution. I used to visit this restaurant several times a month, but after this experience, it has been crossed off my list. The quality has clearly gone downhill, so I would not recommend dining there.

I didn’t actually eat with you, BUT I asked for some help whilst in Bromley this afternoon. A very very helpful young man called David went out of his way to help me and my elderly mother, I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to him and congratulate you on employing such a kind, thoughtful and helpful man. Please pass my thanks onto him, he should certainly be rewarded for this. Thank you

Chef wasnt wearing a hair net over his large beard and didnt see him change his gloves once the whole time we were there. Also one of our favourite vegan dishes has been removed from the menu. The edamame was bland.

When we arrived, we were not informed that all the tables were reserved. We stood in line at the front of the queue and were overlooked by most of the staff, resulting in us wasting our time.
