This location has one seriously disturbed employee. I've been frequenting this location for 4 months and always received excellent service, except with this one employee who I have only begin seeing for about the last month (assuming she's new? . She always meanders from the backroom as if you're an interruption. Never smiles, greets, says thank you for visiting them. She whispers so you can't hear and then acts all put out when you ask her to repeat what she said. Today was the last straw whenwhile making my purchase I asked a simple question about one of the products and she completely flips out and begins to verballyattack me for no reason. The yogurt was tasty, but to be honest, the staff members were rude and had an attitude that made it clear they didn't want customers there. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. If they aren't interested in their jobs, they should consider finding something else. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
It is cool how you can use gloves to serve your own toppings. Very messy place and not very much of a variety in frozen yogurt flavors. Also, my favorite flavor of plain tart tasted a little off but still edible. I plan on going out of my way to visit a different location. I suggest anyone else to do the same.

Walked in with no one behind the counter. Very little flavors and all of the machines were down. Leaned over the counter and saw someone sitting in a chair, wearing headphones and playing on their phone. Made a U turn and walked out the door

I always get the Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream and I always love the taste and enjoy the flavor. I love coming here to relax and cool down for a bit.
The girl turned off almost every flavor an hour before closing. Find a new job if you don’t want to work there
