While we have heard many positive reviews about Yogurtland, it seems that they need to clarify their rules regarding sample cups before handing them out. We left feeling embarrassed by the encounter. I also wish that the associate had a name tag, as proper training in customer service would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, my family and I will not be returning to this location.
I visited Yogurtland while stopping by to see family nearby. The initial greeting made me feel welcomed, but I had an unfortunate experience with a young lady with burgundy hair who came across as rather rude and wasn't very helpful. Aside from that, the place was clean and pleasant. They just need to improve their customer service.
Walked into the store around 8pmon a thurs. Store was dirty the variety of yogurt weren't working there for there wasn't many options to choose from. The staff was moping while I was trying to get yogurt which I found to be rude. Last time I come to this location
We used to visit Yogurtland almost on a weekly basis. Loved their loyalty program. After the pandemic, the prices went way up and our loyalty program card didn't work anymore. So now we come from time to time. It's sad. Réservez une table maintenant
They always run out of chocolate shell, 9 times out of 10, there's no chocolate shell when I asked the employees they always reply that it just finished it will take 30 to 45 minutes to get ready.
Took the kids here and they loved it. They have like 20 flavors of yougurt and live 40 different toppings. Great snack for kids and adults
The food was delicious, and the interior of the restaurant was very clean. The staff was courteous as well.
