Horrible customer service! I understand the mask requirement, but when I asked for a spoon so that my TWO year old could try a flavor before I filled her cup (and possibly waste it if she didn't like the flavor) the employee rudely replied, we aren't doing samples The employee then said it was due to the mask requirement. My TWO year old is not required to wear a mask, therefore she is not removing a mask to try the frozen yogurt. This also makes zero sense to me considering there was a couple literally 5 feet away eating their frozen yogurt without a mask (obviously). I'm just blown away by the ignorance! The employee also very arrogantly added that she was doing her job .funny because ever...
The customer service at this restaurant was terrible! The employee claimed it was because of the mask requirement, even though my daughter wasn't wearing a mask. It didn't make sense, especially since there was a couple nearby eating their frozen yogurt without masks. The employee was more focused on denying me a spoon than keeping the place clean. It's absurd that you have to wear a mask to order but can take it off to eat at dirty tables. This experience was shocking and disappointing.
The location of this restaurant is not ideal as no one cleans the machines properly. Some parts of the machines are not cleaned at all and the workers are lazy. The behavior of one worker was disgusting and it seems like they don't care about maintaining cleanliness. The tables and chairs are never fully wiped down.
The impact of inflation is evident everywhere, but $15 for two yogurts seems excessive. Additionally, the first option that appears when I swipe my card is an 18% tip. What exactly am I tipping for? Simply handing me two spoons? It's time to rethink the culture of tipping.

Wow, the new set up really sucks the spirit right out of this place. Instead of a good time with the kids, it's more like visiting a hospital. Wasn't worth my time or the $7, I definitely won't be returning.
The service was excellent! Isabela Montes was very kind and helpful. She's the reason I love Yogurtland even more now! I will definitely be returning for her.
