Yogurtland Paramount

I visited the Paramount location Thursday, May 25th at around 7pm and was disgusted by my experience. The woman at the register had her hands in her pants while standing at the register and was adjusting her clothing then proceeded to unpack spoons and place them in the spoons dispenser. When I addressed it with her I was met with attitude. She proceeded to tell me that they were display spoons and would not be used. I called today to complain and was told that Rosa the Manager was the one working when I visited. I come here at least twice a week and there is nothing wrong with this location. Toppings are always stocked. It 's always clean- no sticky handles, spoons, or floors. The employees are always doing exactly what they 're paid to do. A lot of these reviews are exactly what is wrong with the service industry. Grown adults that need to be coddled like children. They seemed annoyed we were there , you were probably annoying. But did they still complete their job duties by serving you? They didn 't say hi when we walked in , you seem lonely, go be with friends and loved ones. They didn 't tell us it 's BOGO there 's an A-frame sign the height of a 2nd grader in front of the door. I frequent this restaurant often, and none of the ladies have ever mentioned a buy one get one offer before. However, when I visited Yogurtland on July 10th, 2023, Christine, the cashier, was extremely friendly. She informed me during checkout that there was a buy one get one promotion that day. I was impressed by her excellent customer service and suggested that her coworkers should also be as informative to customers. I appreciate the welcoming smile she had while interacting with everyone in the store. Thank you, Christine!

Worst yogurt land I've been to , we had to make a purchase in order to use the bathroom which is fine but when my mom went up to the cashier she said she wouldn't open the bathroom until we paid , like girl are you f serious, I had to hold my pee in until she decided to open it if I get a uti then what is Yogurtland going to pay for my dr appointment, like get a grip It's not that serious why can't people just use the bathroom for free without having to wait to buy something. I wish there had been a clearly visible sign before they brought out four cups of frozen yogurt so that I could have known I wouldn't be able to use the gift card I had due to their system being down.

The service is fantastic, the staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean! We especially appreciate the excellent service from Oakley and Kristine. We highly recommend Yogurtland Paramount!

The service was terrible. I waited for 10 minutes and when the worker finally came out, there was no apology for the wait, and the yogurt was already melted.
