This is my second visit within two weeks. The first time my son and I arrived right when they opened at 4:30pm. We did not get anything because there was only one flavor that was frozen it was not one we were interested in. Forward to today and we stop by about an hour before close. First issue, the young lady neglected to tell us that there is a flat fee of $5 for a small cup and $8 for a large. What I had in my large cup could easily have fit in the small because they did not have all the toppings I wanted. However I paid without complaint. I am very disappointed by my experience here. I drove over half an hour to take my 12-year-old cousin to the place he found online for frozen yogurt. we went around 7 o'clock and saw a handwritten sign that said we needed masks for the entrance. I don't have a problem with that. the employee has not offered us masks or any extras on camp. if you need masks, you should note that an extra is available for customers. he had a rude unapologetic ton and the customer service was bad. but my cousin wanted to go there, so we went and found some masks. we came back at 19:40 clock and the hours published on the glass and online says that the load closes by 8 clock. there is NO communication that says,...

I did not enjoy my experience at this restaurant. I believe that Yogurtland or Pinkberry offer better options. The pricing is standard, with a small portion costing 5 dollars and a larger one costing 8 dollars. They no longer weigh the portions, so you can add as much as you want. However, I found that none of their flavors were particularly impressive and the toppings tasted stale, especially the cookie dough. Overall, I do not plan on returning to this establishment. The quality of this place is declining. It's no longer welcoming and inviting. You would think they would be happy to have customers since they do get much business yet the staff is so blah and treat you like they dont want your business. The place is clean which is a plus. When we visited today they tried to force us to purchase large cups since they ran out of small cups. That was very unprofessional. This could be a great place it it had better management.
I am unable to provide a review as I have not visited the restaurant yet. I am currently reading through the reviews and it is surprising to see the mix of positive and negative feedback, along with a variety of different opinions. Can someone please clarify the current status of the restaurant? It appears that it may have been better in the past. Could it be that they have lost a good manager?
