The food was well prepared, of high quality, and presented nicely. However the flavors were not very exciting and a bit bland. Sauces offered very little flavor. We were expecting more, considering the price and reputation. Our waiter was competent, but invasive and talked too loudly and too much at our table and other tables nearby. . Our table allowed a view of the kitchen door opening and closing accompanied by audible kitchen sounds, which could have been diminished by a simple room divider. The desserts were excellent.
