I stumbled upon Yookees by chance, and it has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants to visit in Portsmouth. I've been there three times now, trying a different dish each time, and the food has been consistently excellent. The menu offers a diverse selection of options, and the portion sizes are always generous and flavorful. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are delightful. I visited Yookees for the first time and absolutely loved the food! It was packed with flavor and had a generous amount of Sichuan pepper, just as it should be. I tried the braised beef noodle soup and spicy beef soup, along with twice-cooked pork and some dumplings. The dumplings were fantastic, although they felt a bit unnecessary given the large portions of the other dishes. We were just curious to taste them, and they did not disappoint.
