As an authentic Japanese woman, I would say soup is okay. But noodle was prepared to pull out through too early. It is too al dente . I think they are not clear to distinguish between preparation of noodle for delivery purposes and in business purposes. Also note that Tonkotsu rays should consist of Tonkotsu ray noodle with Tonkotsu soup. Tonkotsu noodle is made with wheat power with Tonkotsu bone power with salt water. So customers can supply calcium in the body. What I got was regular ramen noodles with wheat powder with salt water with toncotsu soup. This isn't really called Tonkotsu wheels. I guess as many Chinese and Korean people are trying to do as Japanese and business in the USA are...

Solid ramen experience at this branch of the ramen chain.Ordered the spicy miso ramen with an asahi beer and the food came out promptly and staff was attentive and friendly.The soup was thick and delicious, the chashu was very flavorful, and the topping variety was nice.

really disappointed. the service must be improved, must continue to ask for service, food lasted long to be served and the food flavor was definitiw out, do not know what happened to the previous cook, but the 3 meals we ordered were definitiw not the best.

Service was great! Sent back my chicken karaage because I needed it cooked a bit longer for the kids. They cooked me a new batch and they came out well done. I had the shoyu ramen. My table ordered the miso ramen, tonkatsu, dumplings, and vegetable ramen.

Super yummy Ramen and portions were just right. Ambiance is great and they shrimp tempura roll was out of this world. My 15 year old enjoyed everything and had two Calpico drinks which we highly recommend. We will definitely be coming here again!!!

WOW! You've only revised the whole place and it's beautiful! And they have a new menu that's a bomb! Recommend the oh my God roll! And if of course, the rams!!! Great discovery, will surely be back!

Hours are horrible. Who closes at 3pm and opens and 5pm!?Also the food takes forever to come out. Been waiting for 35 mins since I put my order in to go.Good food though. Horrible waiting time.

Places amazing they have great atmosphere I love the fact that the food is on the point. Customer service is amazing here. Can't wait to come back here
