I wouldn't recommend visiting this restaurant today (April 28, 2022, at 8:30 pm). The service was subpar, and the staff were quite rude. The portions of beef, chicken, and dessert were disappointing. I've been a loyal customer for over four years, and I've never encountered such poor service before. I'm not sure who decided to hire the current staff, but they should really consider bringing back the previous team. If you're looking for a better dining experience, I suggest heading to Yoshinoya on Rosecrans and Prairie instead.

The portions of the food (beef, huh, and sweet) were unappetizing. I’ve been coming here for over four years and have never experienced such poor service. Who are the people they have hired? They should bring back the previous staff. If you want to avoid disappointment, just head over to Yoshinoya on Rosecrans and Prairie instead.
I was so disappointed with a recent visit at another Yoshinoya but the one in Lawndale was so on point. It definitely keeps up with their name and reason why some of us still love Yoshinoya dishes. It was hot and ready to enjoy when I got home. Did I mention that I got this through a drive-threw? Yes! The lady had awesome customer service and they are open till midnight too! Definitely coming back.
We’ve noticed that the portions keep getting smaller each time we visit. During our last two visits, the chicken was burnt. We brought this to the attention of Leslie, the general manager, but unfortunately, the next meal was even worse. The rice was soggy, the vegetables were overcooked, and the chicken was burnt once again. We won't be returning to this location.

This is the best Yoshinoya in the area. There are three others close by, but don't bother with them. This location consistently serves the tastiest meat.
Yoshinoya offers a delightful combination meal featuring beef that's both tender and flavorful! The chicken and beef are incredibly delicious!
I'm not certain if the meat is horse meat; I’ve never tried horse, but it definitely doesn't taste like beef or chicken.
After 15 years, I revisited and found the food to be delicious, but I noticed the portion sizes are quite small now.
